Lifepo4 lithium battery used in photovoltaic solar energy, energy storage, golf carts, electric tricycles, recreational vehicles and other low-speed vehicles, UPS, backup power, car, motorcycle starter power, distributed power station, communication base station power supply and other applications.

Cycle life >3500 times at 1C/1C and 25°C, when we use lithium phosphate battery properly, at (25+2)°C, battery under 300kgf fixture: charge with 1.0C(A) constant current and constant voltage to 3.65V, cut-off current 0.05C(A), set aside for 30min, discharge with 1.0C(A) constant current to 2.5V, set aside for 30min, then proceed to the next cycle until the capacity decays to 80% of the nominal capacity.

There are two different ways of connecting lithium ion phosphate battery together to make a larger bank. 
(1)Parallel Connections – These connections are used when you want to increase the amperage of your battery bank. Most commonly, parallel-only connections are found in 12 V systems. The connections on this type of battery bank go from positive to positive and negative to negative, when you connect this way, you double your amps (see the diagram below).

(2)Series Connections – This type of connection is used when you need to increase the voltage of your battery bank. You will find these types of battery connections in all types of battery banks including 12 V, 24 V, 48 V systems. The connections in this type of battery bank are different than parallel. Your batteries will be connected from positive to negative, linking the batteries together to increase the voltage of your battery bank (see diagram below).

If you plan to wire your batteries in series, please let us know when you place your order so we can make sure to match your capacity. In some instances when you have a larger size battery bank, it is common to have both series and parallel connections in your battery bank. 

Lithium ion phosphate batteries need Battery Management Systems because their characteristics

High energy density: the same specification capacity of lithium iron phosphate battery volume is 2 / 3 of the volume of lead-acid batteries, the weight of lead-acid batteries 1 / 3.

At the same time overcharge, or over-discharge will destroy the internal chemical composition of the battery, causing irreversible damage. Overcharging will cause the battery to heat up, which can produce fire, explosion, and other safety hazards.
