The following are guidelines for the safe use of LiFePO4 batteries to run trolling motors:

  1. Battery type and size: Make sure the voltage and capacity of the LiFePO4 battery are compatible with your trolling motor. The LiFePO4 battery has the power to meet your needs.
  2. Battery installation: Follow the installation and wiring instructions and choose a well-ventilated and dry location to prevent overheating and moisture.
  3. Use LiFePO4-specific charger: To ensure safety and prolong service life, please do not use chargers designed for other chemical batteries to avoid overcharging and over-discharging;
  4. Keep the battery away from flammable materials and direct sunlight, do not charge the frozen battery. Please charge in the suitable temperature range;
